Development, commercialisation and construction of an apartment complex with 118 apartments, 98 underground parking spaces, 365 m2 of commercial space, and all aspects of landscaping. The project forms part of the urban development of Anderlecht, in which environmentally friendly and sustainable building is a core element, and complies with the ‘Brussels Passive’ standard.
